Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • Weight and dimensions of your package
  • Chosen shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@memoriestomagnets.com.

Backorders & Pre-Orders

If an item is on backorder or is a pre-order, we will notify you of the expected ship date. You may cancel the order at any time before it ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us.

We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the claim is approved.
